Some girls are born with an impossible duality—human in appearance but carrying the soul of a kaiju. Known as Kaiju Girls, they walk the line between ordinary life and monstrous power. To guide them, the International Kaiju Rescue and Mentoring Organization, or GIRLS, was formed, offering these unique individuals a chance to harness their abilities and find their place in the world.

Three such girls have recently awakened to their true nature. Shy Aki Miyashita inherits the spirit of Agira, disciplined Reika Shiragane bonds with Windom, and lively Miku Ushimaru becomes one with Miclas. Under GIRLS' guidance, they learn to wield their powers while keeping their monstrous instincts in check. Along the way, they uncover what it truly means to live as both human and kaiju.

Through trials and camaraderie, Aki, Reika, and Miku navigate their dual identities. With the support of their mentors and each other, they begin to understand the weight—and the wonder—of being Kaiju Girls. Their journey is one of self-discovery, strength, and the delicate balance between two souls sharing a single life.
